We identify core and core plus investment opportunities through our relationships and market knowledge, monitoring and analysing the changing economic and behavioural trends within the real estate markets. Our focus is primarily on commercial and logistics assets that offer stable income and long term sustainable capital growth.
From origination, structuring, debt financing and post-acquisition management, we are able to offer a bespoke framework to meet the varying objectives for each asset and investor.

Lanesbrook’s core investments focus is on assets with tenants that are global household brands, with strong covenants and balance sheets. We select those real estate assets that are critical to the long term operational strategy of the occupiers.
Our core plus investments focus on prime, well-located assets where we see substantial value that can be added through active management programmes whereby we seek to take advantage of the price dislocation between current capital values and long term exit yields.
We are also able to oversee development projects and where required can assist with raising capital to structure syndicated and joint venture structures.
This newly constructed corporate HQ building houses both PwC and MeetDistrict. It is located in the Brussels Airport district and was acquired on behalf of one of our clients in May 2021. This 30,164 square-metre building offers first-class office accommodation with adequate parking facilities for both cars and bicycles. The building is ideally located for air, road and rail travel. There are nine outdoor terraces, which can be used for holding meetings or providing relaxation areas. There are also gym facilities and onsite restaurants that cater to the individual needs of office workers.

Naseer personally oversees and applies his expertise and experience to all our investments and strategies. Naseer has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate investment market globally. Over this period, he has executed transactions in excess of $6 billion. Transactions he has advised on or led include some of Europe’s largest logistics distribution centres, super prime residential development projects and the acquisition and active management of landmark and iconic commercial assets.
Naseer’s career spanning across Europe and the Middle East, has been with major financial institutions such as Citigroup, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Coutts and Rasmala where he worked in financing large real estate transactions before moving into real estate investment origination for funds and UHNWs.

Ahmad joined Lanesbrook in 2021. At Lanesbrook, Ahmad is responsible for originating, structuring and executing real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Lanesbrook, Ahmad spent 8 years at Rasmala Investment Bank with the real estate division. Ahmad has executed real estate transactions across, Europe, UK, United States and the UAE in excess of $1 billion.
Ahmad holds a BA in Finance from the University of Western Ontario, and resides in Dubai with his young family.
